Sometimes, when you’re in the middle of a mess, you find yourself wondering where God is in all of it. Lysa TerKeurst puts it beautifully: "Faith in God is being assured of His goodness, even when what He allows doesn't feel good."
This reminds me of that story in Mark 4 where Jesus and His disciples are in a boat. As the storm picks up, the disciples panic, but Jesus, He’s calm as can be. With just a few words, He quiets the storm.
It’s a powerful reminder that no matter the chaos, being with Jesus means we're in good hands. His plans have us heading to the right place, storm or no storm.
