Wish You Were Here (But Not Really): Funny Camp Letters From Kids

It’s summer camp season, which means parents everywhere are waiting to hear how it’s going. Some kids write home with sweet updates… and some? Not so much.

One kid wrote to his mom: “Hi, I love you, but no offense, I don’t miss you.” Another tried to stage a full-blown rescue mission: “Call me and say it’s important so maybe I can convince you to take me from here.”

Whether they’re loving every second or counting the hours till pickup, the letters are always gold.

Got a funny one tucked in a drawer somewhere? I’d love to hear it.
