John 14:15 says, "If you love Me, keep My commandments."
Simple, right? But sometimes, I catch myself acting as if it says, "I will love you if you keep my commandments." That’s not the message, though. The slight twist in words makes a huge difference.
We can't earn God's love with perfect behavior; His love is already ours. Instead, His love transforms us, inspiring us to live in a way that honors Him.
